• 21-22 Updated TB Assessment Form

Meningitis

Certain college students are at increased risk for meningococcal disease, a potentially fatal bacterial infection commonly referred to as meningitis. In fact, freshmen living in residence halls are found to have a six-fold increased risk for the disease. A U.S. health advisory panel recommends that college students, particularly freshmen living in residence halls, learn more about meningitis and vaccination.

The State of Georgia requires that all post-secondary institutions provide information about bacterial meningitis to first-year students. Please read the Meningitis on Campus Information Sheet.

Tuberculosis (TB) Screening Questionnaire for International Students

All international students are required to complete the TB Screening Form, which is part of the Certificate of Immunization.
