Today, young alumni make up 25% of Young Harris College's overall alumni body. The importance of accepting, encouraging and developing the talents and resources of this young alumni demographic is the key to continued success in promoting Young Harris College and connecting Young Harris alumni with one another. Moving forward, the Office of Alumni Engagement hopes to produce more great activities and communication pieces specifically for young alumni.

Young Harris College Young Professionals:

• Consists of alumni no more than 15 years out
• Is a 23 member council
• Helps create, promote and execute alumni events and programs that reflect the unique interests of young alumni
• Represents a variety of ages, class years and demographic areas
• Is available to meet at Young Harris College two times a year (each member will be responsible for personal travel expenses)
• Serves a three-year term

Young Professionals serve Young Harris College by planning young alumni gatherings and programs and always creating opportunities to encourage alumni to stay connected and involved with Young Harris College.
