Teacher Licensure
 
Criteria: Teacher Candidates GACE Assessment Results and Recommendations for Certification
 
Minimum Threshold of Acceptability:
  1. 100% of undergraduate teacher candidates will pass the GACE Assessment at the Induction level. (Note: Passing the GACE at the Professional level is an admission requirement for the Master of Arts in Teaching, and therefore, is not a measure of graduate student achievement.)
  2. 90% of undergraduate and graduate teacher candidates will be recommended for certification.

Target:

  1. 75% of undergraduate teacher candidates will pass the GACE Assessment at the Professional level.
  2. 100% of undergraduate and graduate teacher candidates will be recommended for certification.
